Trials for Deputy President William Ruto and former Radio Journalist Joshua Arap Sang are set to start. The trials for President Uhuru Kenyatta are set to start in November. Who will remain in charge in case the two leaders are at The Hague at the same time? Doesn't the ICC create even more instability by indicting both leaders at almost the same time? What will happen if either or all of the two leaders is convicted?
