ICC Prosectuor in long battle as Uhuru applies for postponement of hearings.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has applied for a postponement of his hearings from the November date, as he seeks to attend to the security situation in the country. The judges have already granted Mr. Ruto a one week adjournment, to allow him to travel to Kenya and help contain the security situation in the country. If indicted,
President Kenyatta would be the first sitting head of state in the world to be live at the ICC trials.
