ICC Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, has offered to help in bringing the perpetrators of the Westgate shooting to book. The ICC prosecutor, who is determined to bring the the perpetrators of Kenya's 2007 post election violence to book, says that the crimes committed fall within the mandate of the ICC. The ICC judges have granted Deputy President William Ruto a one week break, while President Uhuru Kenyatta has applied that
he be represented by lawyers in the trials, instead of appearing in person.
