West Gate Shoot out- Ruto asks for ICC adjournemnt.

Deputy President William Ruto, through his lawyers, has asked for an adjournment to come and attend to the emergent security situation in the country. Mr. Ruto's lawyer, Karim Khan, says that Mr. ERuto has a constitutional duty to come to Kenya and attend to the West gate situation. Joshua Sang's lawyer, Katwa Kigen, has meanwhile maintained that his client is ready to continue with the cases.
