US Secretary of state for African Affairs, Jendayi Frazer, has busted out at ICC for continuing the Kenyan cases, saying that the cases could reduce the legitimacy for the international court. Jendayi Frazer has often been critical of the ICC, and has differed with Jonnie Carson, who has often been adamant that the Kenyan
leaders should face trials at the ICC. Jonnie Carson warned kenyans that ' Choices have consequences', a phrase which is thought to have helped Kenyatta and Ruto ascend to power by hardening their support bases.
